If Only All Carpenters Were As Professional As AWM
If you need your hardwood floors refinished, don't look any further. I cannot imagine anyone providing better service than AWM. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional in every possible way, polite, efficient, simply GREAT service - and believe it or not: they are actually ON TIME - EVERY TIME! I could not be happier and I highly recommend AWM to anyone that needs help with their hardwood floor.

Of all people, my insurance agent recommended Isaac and his team when my wooden floors suffered extensive water damage. I could not be more pleased with his work and professionalism. If you are in the market for wood flooring, there is no better company than Atlanta Wood Masters. Isaac and Leo are fantastic gentlemen who provide excellent service and high quality floors at very reasonable prices. Honest and trustworthy, the teams that work for Atlanta Wood Masters are terriffic. They removed, replaced and upgraded my entire first floor and it looks wonderful. The new floors were matched up with the existing floors and the entire area was finished to perfection. Isaac and his crew have completed three homes on my street and everyone has raved about his work. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.

Issac and Leo delivered as promised and exceeded expectation: not only completing on time (working through the holiday), but adapted in process to the larger scale (approximately 2000 square feet), tight time constraint, in addition to the stair and kitchen refinish work. They were very efficient without sacrificing quality resulting in a credit for unused material. They definitely provided a valuable service in a professional and polite manner.

I had 4 companies quote on finishing our floors. Isaac Barros from Atlanta Wood Masters was the only non-salesperson. His knowledge of wood and the finishing process lead me to use them even at a slightly higher price. I will use them again.

I was very happy with Atlanta Wood Masters. Isaac was very helpful in assisting me with my flooring decisions and gave me good advice. He was able to save me lots of dollars off compared to the Empire Today qoute I received - and also saved me $3.00 per square foot off the identical wood product had I purchased it from Lowe's. AND best yet -he installed a new subfloor prior to installing the new flooring. I liked his honest, up front pricing as well.

Isaac with Atlanta Wood Masters was extremely professional! My floors are so beautiful, and he took the time to explain to me in detail what his price covered. He was fast, punctual and took excellent care of my antique 100 year old floors. He gave me the option to see the floors after 2 coats to see if I wanted a 3rd and was easy to reach with questions. After he was finished he made sure I was happy before billing the 2nd half and even deducted some money as they didn't replace the shoe molding (my floors didnt need it). He made such an impression on me I HIGHLY recommend him.

Atlanta Wood Masters was recommended to me from a very reputable source, but I was still skeptical. Having experience installing my own hardwood floors in the past, I was uneasy about turning over a hardwood floor project to a contractor, mainly because I knew it would be very obvious for me to notice short-cuts in quality for the sake of speed. I met with Isaac to discuss his methods and was able to see some of his finished work and was quite impressed, so I hired AWM for the job.
I was very pleased from the beginning of the project through the end. Isaac outlined what I should expect through the construction process and stayed in very good contact with me throughout. The technicians that came into my house were very clean, courteous and respectful... and highly skilled. The completion of the project was on schedule and the end product was fantastic.
I still would prefer to do the work myself, but in situations where I don't have the time, I like to know I can depend on an honest, skilled craftsman company like Atlanta Wood Masters.
